Return & Refund Policy

We at Haul Apparel do our best to make sure our product quality and customer service is at the best it could possibly be. We do however understand that some customers may want to return or exchange the product after receiving them due to a number of different reasons.

If you are not satisfied with your new Haul product or service, we have a very simple refund and return policy. Our policy is applicable for the first 15 Days after receiving your order. This date will be determined by the date recorded by the courier company’s tracking application.

Although they are uncommon, some issues our customers have with their orders are:

  • Item is physically damaged during transport
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product missing from the order
  • Product was not what you expected

If you want to initiate a refund or an exchange with us then please follow the respective process below.

How to Exchange?

Please email us at orders@haulapparel.in that you would like to initiate an exchange for your order. Please mention the following details for a smooth process:

  • Order Number
  • Product(s) to be exchanged
  • Reason for exchanging the product(s)
  • New product(s) that you would like to exchange for
  • Preferred pickup and address
  • Preferred pickup date

1.Once we have confirmed your request you must re-pack all the products you want to exchange. This includes all the original packaging materials (e.g. stickers, carry bag, etc.)

2.Once our delivery partner has picked up your package they will deliver it back to our warehouse. We will then send you an email confirming we have received your package.

3.Now that we have received your returned product we will conduct a quality inspection to make sure the product has not been worn/ washed.

4.After the quality check has been completed we will notify you by email that the items have passed the inspection.

5.Upon completion of the inspection, we will initiate a new exchange order and send you the replacement product that very same day. You should receive the new products within the next 2-4 business days.

How to Refund?

Please email us at orders@haulapparel.in that you would like to initiate a refund for your order. Please mention the following details for a smooth process:

  • Order Number
  • Product(s) to be returned
  • Reason for returning the product(s)
  • Bank account details for transfer refunds
  • Preferred pickup and address
  • Preferred pickup date

How to Cancel the order?

There are cases where customers have placed an order by mistake or have changed their mind and would like to cancel their purchase. If this is the case please send us an e-mail to orders@haulapparel.in or give us a call on +918287140715 within the following 2 hours. We will ensure that the order is cancelled and your refund is transferred back into your account the exact same day.
