Shit’s legit is what we say for our products because they are some amazing good designs with awesome fabric feel we have, that’s why we put our tags with Quality Apparel, however if you not 100 % satisfied you can please contact us either by email or by phone and we will instruct you on how to return your item.
We have 15-days Return policy for a refund from the day of the purchase, which is applicable under these circumstances:
If broken/unsealed, do not accept the order at the time of delivery itself.
In the case of merchandise, returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
Only three pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel from customer .
How do I return an item?
Call Customer Care (+91 7022251354) and inform us about the return or exchange that needs to take place.
Identify with your Order Number You need to have the original receipt of your order for any returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original receipt.
A reverse pick-up will be arranged by our courier partners and only three pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel.
Once received, the return/exchange product goes through a quality check. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, or makeup stains.
Once we receive the product(s) back from you, and if they are in an acceptable condition, you will be issued with a coupon code which can be applied to your account, upon your return. This coupon code will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. You will be remitted the cost of the product only, excluding the shipping cost.
Please allow 2-4 days for the processing of returns/exchanges.
We do not accept exchanges after 15 days of the original purchase. Please note that the SALE products will not be accepted for return's / only exchange of the size can be done. SALE products are considered final sale.
Kindly Check the size chart before ordering. If incase of exchange of sizes after delivery you will be charged for the courier to return the items and to deliver it to you.
To cancel your order, send us an e-mail or give us a call. You will receive the confirmation of cancellation on your mail.
Note: In the case of a shipment returning to us because the you were unable/unavailable to collect the item, the order will be cancelled upon item arrival. If you would still like to purchase the item then you will have to place a new order.
